If you're like me and are always trying to find something to wear or something to do that looks tumblr-ish then you're in luck! Today I'm going to be showing you some of my fall inspo that I make every season on a board so I can get tons of cool new ideas for diy's, clothes, and anything else that I love!
My favorite colors for this season are burgundy, white, black, and gold. These are my "base" colors that I like to base some of my outfits off of. My basic drink that's my go-to is a pumpkin spice latte! I have a diy recipe that I shared in an earlier post on how to do a copy cat of Starbuck's psl, click here to get the recipe!
I recently did a pumpkin diy project I got off of Pinterest that's super easy and totally tumblr! All you need are some sugar pumpkins(white or regular), mod podge, foam rectangle & circular brushes, and LOTS of gold glitter! Take the brush and dip it into the mod podge, then sprinkle over the gold glitter. Set it aside and let it dry. It's that simple and looks effortless!
I really like having some main pieces in my closet that I can mix-and-match with other pieces so I don't have to stress over wondering what looks good with what. I recommend looking in your closet and trying on different outfits and finding those 4-5 clothing items that can go with anything that are easy to dress up or down. Then you don't have to spend time thinking of what you're going to wear and still look put together!
For fall I usually go for flushed/rosy cheeks, a bold lip, and a subtle smoky eye. I don't do all of these looks together because I think it personally doesn't look that great on me. I go for one or the other so I can attract to attention mainly to my eyes, lips, etc.
Love this look! |
