New York Fashion Week DVF Show Review By Ciara and Hayley
New York and Paris Fashion Week are some of our favorite weeks of the year. What is better than seeing your favorite designers share the spring/summer collection AND getting to see all your favorite supermodels from behid-the-scenes videos to see what it's really like on the runway. FashionWeek is a great way to get ideas and prepare for your spring and summer outfits for 2016! There were tons of great shows but Hayley and I's personal favorites were Dior and DVF. I will be reviewing DVF and Hayley will review Dior!
DVF is known for their wrap dresses, which were displayed in the show, but there was more than that! The whole collection had a very bohemian vibe and was filled with fun colors that are perfect for spring and summer. There were tons of creative prints and combinations that I have no doubt we will see these all over the carpets and streets for this upcoming spring and summer. The pieces were all perfectly modern, romantic, and girly with all the bright colors. The lengths of the pieces varied with long and short dresses, the famous wrap dress, jumpsuits, and more! The colors that were seen the most was ivory, pink, sky blue, yellow, and purple. The collection had tons of cool materials like chiffon, georgette, suede, tulle, cotton pique, and stretchy linen. The main accessories that I noticed were strappy high-heeled sandals and clutches with flowers on them.

I love the way this look is so bright and colorful but at the same time is more toned down then the other looks. I also think the variety of the prints looks absolutely amazing and definitely something to look for in the upcoming year.
This look was worn by my favorite supermodel Karlie Kloss. The look was an amazing way to start the show. The look had tons of cool colors that you normally wouldn't think would all go together so well. The mix of prints was so cool and I love all the details like the sleeves, the bottom of the dress and the cool print around the neckline and to the side.
This look was such a cool piece worn by Kendall. I loved the gold print and the way it looked with the white base. The blouse like top part of the dress was a nice touch and let's not forget the bag with the fringe!
