     Hey everyone! Today I will be telling you how you can get healthy skin. I personally think that taking care of your skin is part of having a healthy lifestyle. Clear skin can boost your confidence and just make you feel better about yourself in general. I have struggled to find products that worked for me but now I know what to look for. Everyone's skin is different but here are some ways to get healthy skin!
     One major part of getting healthy and clear skin is by washing your face daily, I recommend washing your face 2 times a day in the morning and at night. If your skin tends to be dry, you might want to start by washing your face only once a day just so you don't dry out your skin.
     You might want to try a face washing routine like this:
  1. Rinse your face with luke-warm water, gently massage a cleanser that works for you, then rinse and pat dry.
  2. Try using a toner. This is especially recommended for those that have oily skin, make sure your toner is alcohol-free.
  3. Moisturize with a soft moisturizer to keep your face hydrated.
  4. Continue with your normal makeup routine.   
     If you are looking for good products you have come to the right place. I have had a great experience with products from Lush. I am sort of obsessed with Lush and I love how it is organic and cruelty-free so it doesn't test on animals. I have really like the Ocean Sea Salt scub and the Herbalism cleanser. Sadly, I have ran out of both my products but I was left with great results. Now I just use my Clean & Clear Essentials face wash. It is perfect for sensitive skin and it leaves my skin feeling healthy. Brands like Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, Lush, etc. are focused on making sure your skin is healthy so if your looking for products, I would recommend getting them from these brands.
          Obviously there are other things beside face products that will help you achieve great looking skin. Here are some tips & tricks that I use:

  • Change your pillowcase weekly
  • Eat clean, fruits and veggies are good for your skin, not greasy foods that make you break out.
  • Try not to touch your face during the day, there is tons of germs on your hands and touching your face could cause you to breakout.
  • Always wash your hands before you wash your face.
  • Always use a fresh towel to pat your face dry, don't rub.
  • Wash your face everyday, never skip a day of you want to see results.
