His 'n Hers

Top: H&M Skirt: Zara Sandals: Mango Accessories: Topshop

Today, we're showing you his and her looks based off the colors blue and lilac. These colors are perfect for spring/transition colors for summer... enjoy!

Blue
Blue, found in various shades, is a color that can be the main vocal focal point or be a small but crucial detail in a look.

For the women's look, we've paired this striped midi skirt with a lace feminine blouse that's light and sweet for spring. The vividly yellow purse creates an even more cheery look as well as contrasting nicely with the skirt. Along with a pair of simple black sandals and flower-drop earrings to glamorize and finish off the look.

Now as for this men's look, we used these bright navy trousers from Bonobos and a salmon top to incorporate some lighter spring colors. To keep the attire classy, a pair of black oxfords was added for a crisp take. Last but not least, a black and rose-gold watch that adds a timeless detail overall. This look is ideal for a warm spring day or for a semi-formal event.

Lilac

Lilac's beautiful pastel shade complements the floral notes of spring that is subtle yet sometimes unexpected.

In this look, we took this girly lilac tank and paired it with these jeans. The pearls and the lilac together create a very feminine look. To add back some edge, we took some black sandals and a belt. Florals are no surprise for spring, which is why thought some earrings would be more subtle, yet still bring in the spring vibes. The bag is both edgy and girly, combine black leather with floral touches. Together, this look is perfect for spring and circled around one of our favorite spring colors.

For the men's look, we still used the lilac for the top. We opted on pairing neutral colors with it for a toned down look, with a light pop of color. The browns and the grays complement the lilac perfectly. The coat allows this look to adjust to the weather, whether it's colder, or almost feeling like summer.

With love,

Ciara and Hayley
