Puerto Rico Travel Diary

I recently got back from a trip in Puerto Rico and wanted to share with you guys my adventures! I've been to Hawaii before and the Island of Puerto Rico reminded me so much of Oahu. I highly recommend Puerto Rico or any of the Caribbean Islands; the water is turquoise and the plants/trees are really beautiful as well.

We went to the city San Juan and walked all over town. The town is so cute and the buildings are painted with vibrant colors, as seen below. Some of the streets are cobblestone and perfect for taking pictures!

I went to the beach for 4 days and had a blast! The water is turquoise and nice for cooling off from being in the sun all day. At night we went to Bioluminescent Bay and went snorkeling; later we got to shake the water and it would glow from the ocean "phosphorescence," planktonic forms emitting light when the water is shaken.
