Neck Scarf

I have seen the neck scarf trend everywhere. It has been used with a neck scarf like mine or also bandanas, which I plan on trying next! I really love it because it can pull an outfit together with just a simple piece of fabric! Another good thing about neck scarves is that you can pair them with tons of different outfits. There are so many options to choose from and that's why I think it has become a trend. It's trendy but also unique because of the way you choose to style it.

Since it's summer, I chose to wear a pair of shorts. Sadly, the weather here in Washington is not warm enough quite yet for shorts and a tank top, so I wore this long-sleeved striped crop top. The neck scarf I am wearing is black with a bunch of little flowers scattered around. I love this because the black can go with a lot, but the flowers give some more detail. I think if you use a neck scarf like mine, the outfit looks a little more dressed back. But if you use a bandana, the outfit can look more laid back and casual while still looking trendy! I got the scarf from my mom's drawer, from back when they were also trendy sometime in the 90s!
