My Guide to Flawless Makeup

Hey guys! Today I'm going to be showing you how to apply flawless makeup and how to cover up any blemishes. I love looking up new makeup tutorials and  learning new techniques so I hope you guys get some inspiration from this post!
The first step to getting amazing makeup is to have good skin. I recommend washing your face twice a day(morning/night), then following up with  a moisturizer. Moisturizing your skin is so important because it will create a smoother effect for your makeup. Go check out Ciara's post on getting clear skin because it is so helpful!
If you're buying or even just looking for products, keep an eye out for non-comedogemic products which won't clog pores!
Try looking for a green concealer stick because it will cancel out redness. Trust me it won't look red, the green will match your skin tone. I use BB Cream which works wonders for my skin (oily/combination). I recently purchased the Garnier Fructis Miracle Skin Perfector which I've heard great reviews on so I'm really excited to see the change in my skin! If you're looking for a light coverage foundation that will conceal your pimples while helping them at the same time I would definitely get BB Cream.

When concealing a pimple:
1)Start with a clean & fresh face
2)Apply BB Cream or your preferred foundation to your entire face
3)Dab a dot on it with a stick or liquid concealer--if you have a beauty blender awesome! If not your fingers work just as well
4)Apply a pressed or loose powder to your entire face & voila! Your done!
Follw up with the rest of your makeup routine

*Tip: if you're face is shiny & you don't want to powder up, I highly recommend blotting sheets. They remove excessive oil so you're face looks matte without taking off any makeup.

My face products: Garnier Fructis Miracle Skin Perfector, Maybelline Better Skin Concealer, Noevir Pressed Powder

I hope all of you guys know that you are amazing & beautiful!
xoxo, Hayley & Ciara
